This ladder is extemely stable and feels great to stand on
The non slip mats go right to the edge unlike many cheaper models
They do a 2 and 3 step model too
The 4 step model gets me high enough for any painting and i can set the tin on the top
There is also a model with hand rails if you you need some extra support

These ladders are particularly great. The steps are much wider than normal, you won't slip on them as the mats go right to the edge, they don't slip about at all on the floor and they are really really stable. The last thing you need is a ladder slipping when you are holding a tin of paint, and that will not happen with these.

I wouldn't be looking any further to be honest. You can reach the ceiling no problem and they are a bargain at this price, compared to the competition.

The treads are anti-slip and you just wont slip on them
Its sturdy, comfortbale to stand on and it will get you up to the ceiling no problem

Definitely another really good set of step ladders that will do your job without any question. Maybe it's because they are aluminium but they are quite expensive compared to the Vida model and I don't see what extra you are getting for the money.

If you need to go a bit higher then these ladders are a great choice. They are aluminium and have a complete range right up to 8 steps. I think they are a bargain price, well worth the money and we haven't found anything nearly as good at this sort of price.

Telescopic ladders are a great invention. Basically they are a ladder that can extend to up to full height but can be stored in a very small space once collapsed. I wasn't too keen on these when they first came out but they have come a long way,are totally safe now and very easy to use.

This full range of ladders has models from 4m up to 8m and they are the best selling brand on the market. There is a good reason for this, they are the best quality available, though I guess they would need to be at the price. If you want the best then this is it and we think they are well worth the money

This range would benefit from a stabiliser bar at the bottom, especially if its up to full height. They are very stable but I think it would make these ladders that bit better. That being said, they are an excellent range and the price is good for the quality you are getting. The rung locking system is especially good.

These are quite heavy at 11Kg

they are mostly Again his range would benefit from a stabiliser bar at the bottom, especially if its up to full height. They are a pretty heavy set thats built for hard work and to last a long time. Buyers loved it, you can see it gets brilliant reviews and the only fault I can see is that its quite heavy.

I guess with any tool we are always looking at a fight between weight and strength. Light is good but ladders also need to be really strong and for years they were over engineered just to be sure. There are many lightweight ladders that are strong now and they are mostly made from aluminium. Actually this doesn't make them much more expensive, so they can be a great buy.

If you are painting the hall and stairs or some outside work then it's likely you are going to need a high ladder. You can't mess about with these type of ladders, they need to be safe, good quality and safe again. I have one good set of high ladders and I paid a small fortune for them but It didn't bother me as safety is the priority.

This is an expensive ladder that's aimed at painters and builders. It's the best you can get in this type of ladder and we highly recommend this maker. There is a full range of sizes available and I wouldn't look any futher. You will see models that are half the price but you should pay the extra.

Top rail is 6m high so will do any indoor job and many outdoor ones
The steps are extra wide at 80cm making this ladder very stable, even when you are at the top
They weigh around 7Kg which is quite light for their size and are mde from aluminium as you would expect

This is the best, high, step ladder we could find. Again its not cheap but getting a 94% buyer satisfaction doesn't come easy. Buyers loved that it was light and easy to carry around, also it gets you up just that bit higher. We highly recommend these step ladders.

This is the best combination style ladder we could find. Again its not cheap but getting a 92% buyer satisfaction doesn't come easy. Buyers loved that it was so flexible and you could do so many jobs with it.

Really there is not much difference between the first two models. I couldn't say one was better than the other, just depends what height you need to go. Both are excellent choices.
