Thanks for taking your time to read our reviews on the best knife blade dispenser that is currently available on the United Kingdom marketplace.

If you use a utility knife that takes a removable blade then you will more than likely go through a few blades. Many people end up just buying a new one but it's a lot easier and cheaper just to keep some spare blades.

You can buy them in a handy dispensers that can hold anywhere between 10 and 200 blades. This is what a professional tradesman does. They come in a neat holder that you can leave in your tool box or they can be screwed to the wall for extra handiness.

They will dispense one blade at a time safely and easily.

In Conclusion

These knife blade dispensers are pretty cheap and cheerful and there is no magic with them. Most hold 100 blades and I am extremely tempted to tell you just to go for the cheapest one which is around £8 for 100 blades.

There are some great sellers and some have received many 5 star reviews but I genuinely am not able to find any benefits, features or advantages of any one over the other. They all work very well and do what they are supposed to.

Stanley themselves produce 3 different qualities of blades. I wont bore you with the technical specs but they are cheap, middle and expensive. The best is the Stanley Fatmax range and you can see above that they are 3 times the price of most other blades. They say they are:-

  • 75% longer life over std utility blades
  • 20% stronger than std utility blades
  • 35% sharper than std utility blades

  • They are actually a better blade but unless you are a carpet fitter or are doing a specialist job, I really can't see any benefit in spending the extra.

This video below will show an absolute novice using a dispenser, so if you haven't used one before then its worth watching.
